I went on a Solshine retreat with no expectations other than yoga and a room.
Carrie managed to turn the retreat into a magical five days with some amazing women, athletic yoga
and opportunities to learn to surf, dance and play! She put together such a well-rounded curriculum, that some in our group had life-changing experiences.
For me, the most wonderful thing, was the way Solshine brought together 11 women from different backgrounds and turned us into a tribe! By the end of the week, we were all true #Solshiners!!
